Breakfast: Avocado Egg Sandwich


Ingredients for 5 meals:

  • 5 tsp mayonnaise

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 cups of avocado, sliced

  • 5 slices of cheddar

  • 5 slices of ham

  • 10 slices of whole wheat bread
