Meal Plan #3: Mediterranean
A 5-day meal plan based around Mediterranean-inspired recipes, with a complete grocery list!
Breakfast, Days 1-5
Ingredients for 1 serving: 1 egg, sausage, diced onion, shredded cheese, 1 tortilla
In a pan, begin to cook the sausage over medium-high heat. Crumble it as it cooks. Add onions half-way. When sausage is cooked through, add an egg and scramble. Mix in shredded cheese.
