Hi everyone, my name is Gigi and I’m taking over from Dianna.
I just wanted to say hi, introduce myself, and get to know you all.
I’m a food blogger in my spare time particularly passionate about fermented foods and interested in gut health.
Not a fan of any particular diet. I like my food to be diverse, tasty, and of course within a budget :)
You should receive my first newsletter shortly that builds on the great work Dianna did so far.
I’ve got some great ideas for the Budget Meal Planner (you will be the judge!). There are existing things coming up so stick around, and be on the lookout for more content.

One thing: Given the pandemic, a little more transition than “hey I’m taking over” would’ve been cool. Maybe even a note from Dianna herself saying “I’m going to be transitioning the list to Gigi, here she is.” I typically only look at the emails, not the site, and got concerned that Dianna was sick or otherwise affected. Glad Foodie asked about the transition, but you and Dianna really should’ve given us a bit of a heads up. We do care about the person sending us the yummy recipes, not just the emails.
Hey Kalieris! I truly apologize about not giving notice of the handoff. Life's just hectic, and like you said, with all that's happening right now... just didn't cross my mind at all. I'm sure you'll love all the future recipes Gigi has to share!

Budget Meal Planner takes quite a bit of time. Dianna has a new project and wants to focus on that.
